Upon request, we may be able to transfer all, or a portion of all payments made to another workshop.

Travel Fodder reserves the right to cancel any workshop prior to departure for any reason, including insufficient number of participants or to change itineraries and/or substitute services of equal or greater quality without prior notice. If Travel Fodder cancels the tour, participants will receive a full refund of money paid to Travel Fodder.

Travel Fodder is not responsible for any costs, including airfare, insurance or other personal expenses, incurred by participants as a result of such changes or cancellations.

Refunds

No refunds are issued in the event that the participant fails to participate in any part(s) of the workshop.  There will be no refunds in the event you arrive for the program late or leave early. No refunds will be given for unused hotel rooms, meals, transports, or entrance fees for any reason whatsoever.

Travel and Medical Insurance

The purchase of medical insurance, valid for the workshop location, is strongly recommended.  Emergency transport, medical or hospitalization costs resulting from illness or accident during the trip are the responsibility of the person receiving such care.

The purchase of travel insurance is also strongly recommended. Travel insurance offers coverage for unforeseen events such as trip cancellation, trip interruption, trip delay, medical expenses while traveling, emergency medical transportation, baggage loss, damage or delay.

If you choose not to purchase travel and medical insurance, you must indicate that decision when you submit the reservation and deposit form. In declining the purchase of travel and medical insurance, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the risks attendant to traveling without travel and medical insurance and that you have chosen not to acquire it. Travel Fodder cannot be held liable or responsible for any issues arising from not having travel and medical insurance should you decide not to purchase it.

Workshop Conditions and Accommodations

Workshop prices given are per person and based on double occupancy. A single supplement may apply for one person occupying a double room.

Workshop conditions and quality are not guaranteed, and there are many factors that can lead to undesirable conditions that are out of Travel Fodder control: ie. weather, acts of nature, disasters, security risks, travel disruptions, etc. Travel Fodder will try to do it's best to accomodate for such changes and conditions, but there are no guarantees.

Travel Documents

Each participant is responsible for obtaining and carrying a valid passport and for obtaining the appropriate visa(s) and any other required documentation for travel to the workshop location. Passports should be valid for at least six months beyond the conclusion of your trip. Please note that obtaining a visa can take up to six weeks prior to your departure.

Dietary Restrictions

Travel Fodder and its representatives and affiliates are not liable for any allergic reactions you may have while attending a workshop. We often arrange lunches or dinners at restaurants or hotels, and it is your responsibility to inform us and the staff of the hotel or restaurant of any dietary restrictions or allergies that may affect you.

Health Issues

Be aware that access to accommodations, transportation, restaurants, and other sites we go to may differ from that of your home country. Handicap accessibility is not guaranteed. Many hotels are small, converted older buildings and may not have an elevator or ramps.  Public sites may not be handicap-accessible.

Workshop participation requires a minimum level of physical stamina, such as being able to walk uphill or climb stairs. We request that each participant discuss with us any medical or physical restrictions she/he may have. Check your medical coverage to determine if you are covered while traveling away from home. And if necessary, talk with your own doctor or medical care giver for advice.

By making payment, you certify that to the best of your knowledge you are in sufficiently good health to participate in Travel Fodder workshops and that any special medical or physical conditions or dietary demands that could affect your participation in our workshops have been fully disclosed to Travel Fodder in advance.

You understand that health care facilities and services abroad may differ from those to which you are accustomed, and may be insufficient for treatment of your health conditions. Be sure to take with you an adequate supply of all necessary medications when traveling abroad.

Travel Fodder cannot guarantee the availability of special accommodations or handicap accessibility on any of our photography workshops. Contact us to discuss any condition that may affect your travel or that of other workshop participants.

Travel Fodder reserves the right to refuse or dismiss any participant whose health or actions in the sole judgment of Travel Fodder or their representatives may hinder or disrupt the workshop.
